Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Larnaca, Cyprus). When the site is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes server log files, including the IP address, date and time of access, the resource requested, referrer as well as browser and system information. This processing serves the technical provision, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider; it is incorporated via the “Data Processing Addendum” as part of Hostinger's terms of service.

Fonts

The fonts (Space Grotesk, Inter) are served locally from this server. No connection to external font servers (such as Google Fonts) is established when the page is loaded, and no data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, I process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally company, subject and message) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. The data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies and integrates no third-party services that set cookies. Only technically necessary local storage (localStorage) is used in the browser, namely for your language choice (ldc-lang) and to remember that this notice has been acknowledged (ldc-cookie-ack). This storage is necessary for the operation of the site and does not require consent pursuant to § 25 (2) TTDSG; the processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. No personal data is transferred to third parties in this process.

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
